Finished Grade.
After a very wet spring, and still steadily raining into July, the 1,000 ft. driveway
was looking like a goat path. Ryan and his crew completed the finish
grade with the repairs needed for the driveway.
The grade crews equipment was delivered the day before. They have just two
days to complete the finished grade and fix the driveway.
After the grade is done Ryan and his guys are putting down seed and this
bio-degradable mesh to hold the sloped areas. They also stack the large stone
in the ditch along the drive to keep the rain water from washing down the
ditch to fast. That's what washed out the drive the last time.
This should fix it for good.
The Driveway ditch took two dump truck loads (44 tons) of large stone call rip-rap.
Also, Dave Parks is starting to put up the ceiling on the wrap-arrowed porch.
