Starting the 2nd floor

The guys are adding more beams to the 2nd story to replace the temporary supports.

My parent's dog, Buster, is inspecting.

The flooring for the 2nd story is also the ceiling for the level below.

  These are 1 3/4 inch by 6 inch decking boards spanning across the open beam

 ceiling below.
