Doors

Gary and Dave are custom making the interior doors.

It starts off with lots of planning and jig making.  Gary (left) has setup a jig on the band saw to cut the round top.  Dave (right) is making relief cuts on the cedar door frame to that it will bend more easily.

Below is the wood steamer that Gary made to steam parts of the door frame to make them bend.  It also can shoot potatoes three quarters of a mile.

Other Stuff...

This is the mounting for the corner sink in the foyer bathroom.

Dave has wrapped it in cedar.

The floors upstairs have a couple coats of poly on them now.

The stairs are done now.

I'm starting to hang the light fixtures.

And the wood for the first floor flooring has been delivered.

It will sit in the house for a couple of weeks to acclimate to the temperature of 69 degrees before it's installed later

this month.  That will buy Gary and Dave the time they need to finish making the doors.

This is 5 inch wide Australian Cyprus flooring.

Here's a link to show you what it will look like when installed.
